Annoying getting unsolicited calls when abroad and having to pay for them to hang up. really frustrated
Called with wrong address, claiming I had been getting unwanted calls from sales & Marketing numbers, e.g. Amazon, then suggesting I pay £3 a month for 3 years, then it would be free for life

These nuisance calls are from criminal parasites. BT run the lines and presumably receive rent or payment for access to the network. Are they benifitting from criminal activity....

Bad line and almost unintelligible guy at the other end. Took me 3 goes before I heard the words PPI, then told him I was at work and I hung up. The guy didn t even seem to know what he was saying when I asked what he was calling for. Script based nuisances.
