This is very similar to 0121 389 0863 and suggests in the same office. 0121 389 0863 is noted as being a nuisance call about accidents we have had or in my case not had. Now blocked.

I Got the call twice from this number to my mobile phone within a week. First time its disconnected as soon as I picked the call. I phoned 02 regarding this number and they told me it was not from them and that it was a Spam call. Do not engage with them on the phone.
