Received call on mobile from this number and didn't answer in time. On ringing number back it was unobtainable. Called it several times but still unobtainable.
Lady called Victoria called trying to get me to pay £150 for 3yrs satellite cover. Haven t got satellite dish. Didn t know that I was a virgin customer and when I said I d contact virgin and ask them she ended the call. Dodgy company - should be sent to the darkest corner of hell!!

I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. After being placed in a que, an Indian Woman asked me what I wanted and I said You called me she said she hadn't... Wouldn't or couldn't confirm my NINO, Name, DOB or Benefit Type... Due to the fact I took her off script by asking why their automated system had called me, she hung-up.. If this was the DWP, very unprofessional and at least try and sound convincing...

SCAM claimed to be from BT who want to lower my phone bill due to the amount of calls I have received offering me a better price. Told them the only unsolicited call I had received was from her, and hung up.
The agent his name was Jay , 1 Never introduced himself or the company he is calling from, very annoying and rude, telephone manners are ZERO, reluctant to give details about his company which sounded suspicious to me and adamant to know if i have had an accident. With the way they are handling calls they will be out of business soon. They souldn t be allowed to handle such an important database with customers details on them.
