I missed a no caller ID call from Dundee city council, the person gave me this number to call back on. I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. 25/04/2023 Call from this number. Claiming to be Barclays Bank, very poshly spoken female telling me fraudulent activity on my account etc. kept them busy answering my questions, until they put down the phone. Quite sophisticated scam - beware

Called this morning, automated message saying my amazon prime account was due for renewal, very hard to believe as I don't have a amazon prime account. I hung up before the end of the message.

The usual scam call saying they are bank security saying you have spent £300 on Amazon and £1000 from overseas, blah blah, the usual spiel. Banks would never do this.
