Rang me 3 times telling me I had recently applied to a trading company which was untrue. Would not give their company name, only first name of callers (2 - one with Indian dialect, second and third caller with African dialect). Had an old BT email number for me (10 years ago). Am now with different provider. . Thought it was a scam and on each occasion put phone down.

This number calls me every day at varying times. I haven't picked up the phone so I am not sure if they are possibly dangerous or not, but it is definitely annoying. Hope this helped. :)

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. Aggressive: I m naturally quite chilled and helpful but after each of these called I have been angry and proceed to block the number. I was called from 0121 554 8370 who claimed to be from virgin media stating that my internet had been highjacked from outside the property. When asking the caller questions she was not able to provide adequate information so I ended the call as I became suspicious as the questions they would have knowledge of by looking at our account details. If this was a genuine call from virgin media, I suggest they have the details of the account in front of them before they make the call.
