This number cold called me regarding an ee phone contract. Can't say for sure it isn't legit, but I have my suspicions as it sounded like a foreign call centre and they had no reason to call me. A message in a Chinese language was left by whoever dialled the number. Possibly automated. This happened today at 14:47PM and also on numerous occasions in the past. What is strange about this automated message in Chinese, is that I keep hearing it a lot and it is over a year now since this happened, the only difference is that, I see other UK numbers which was displayed on my phone and the same automated message is heard. I have no clue what the message is all about!

Text message saying my Santander account had been linked with another phone. I don’t have a Santander account.
SPAM Call center Asked for the MD by name, I asked who was calling she replied "Lydia". Put her on hold while I asked the MD if they knew who she was, and they didn't have a clue. Went back and said that the MD wasn't available and could I take a message. She then asked to speak to our other MD and I replied that they were not avaialble either. I asked again if I could take a message, of which she just said she would try again tomorrow. Not a chance ....number blocked.

Received an email from ' PAYPAL' about a fruadulent activity of £899.99 I contacted the above number and they sent me a 6 digit security number to my mobile and also told me my last 4 digits on my card !!! All seemed very legit..........UNTIL he told me he needed my full card number to put a stop on a further 12 transactions !!! I rejected his request which he seemed to start getting annoyed and agitated !! THIS SEEMS A VERY PROFESSIONAL SCAM DO NOT REPLY TO THEM .
