Had a call from an Indian chap asking to speak to a woman I ve never heard of so I indulged him to try and find out what he was calling for. He said they were a debt consolidation company so I asked who was financially backing them. This says it's an o2 number but when I call back it has a giff gaff answer message? No answer and doesn't ring.
Lady with asian accent cold called and had details of address. Wanted to sell us boiler cover and that we were paying too much with our previous provider, could not provide us with details of who we currently have boiler cover (we dont have any which gives the game away) although played along for a while for a laugh. Claimed the company was in Crawley and called Utility Care. She hung up. Searches on internet cannot find this company, most likely a scam to get bank details.
