Constantly calling my mobile many times a day all hrs of day and evening,hang up when i answer.

Have had several calls from "Excellent Life", displaying different numbers including 02036096500. Always ask for me by name. Sometimes they give an address and ask if it s correct, but don t do anything if you give a different address. First question is always "are you working or retired?". If I give a vague answer ("I m an enumerator, what would you call that?"), they go on to the next question, always "what is your age group?". They hang up when I refuse to answer. I went on to live chat on their website whom confirmed the call was from them - I have recommended they add the number they call from to their website as google search shows it as a telepest rather than a genuine call. Persistent cold caller

When I answered the phone I could hear the sounds of a call centre in the background but no one spoke to me, even when I told them that I could hear them and had noted the number down. I hung up as they were obviously not going to talk to me.

This was a call from o2 sales, trying to sell discounted SIM only mobile phone contracts after I ordered a free PAYG SIM card from their website.
