We believe this is to be a suspicious and unauthorized transfer that you have never been done before in the past from your card. Just joined START RESCUE, they rang and left a message asking me to call back to discus my plan. Cannot see any reason to call them as my plan has been set up and is active as paid, i think more likely they want you to take out other policies with them, not ringing back.

Remember: Your bank will never ask you to move money!
