SCAM Caller from India allegedly from BT telling me our router was broken

Called today saying I had charges to my bank and they said press 1 if they were allowed or 2 if unauthorised.

They called me pretending to be Windows support stating my ID had been compromised. They were very convincing. Got me to share laptop using Anydesk and also got me to run a WIN+r function. After they didnt call back as promised realized i had been scammed.

This automated call received today, saying from bank security and calling re 2 transactions on account. I instantly put phone down as have had these calls before and then when found out was from Bangalore put block on my phone for this number.

Spoke to a gentleman who called from this number. Sounded middle eastern. Was very polite and respectful, He asked me if I could send him video of me having sex with a pig. I told him I would not feel right violating his wife. He laughed wildly and hung up!

Auto message, reporting to be Amazon about a spend of £79.99 and to enter 1. Very suspicious as not used amazon lately and nothing on account so I would say avoid.

Obviously a "sales call" trying to get me to part with my money. Conclusion: Illegal activity.

He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. Answered a call from this number, where the caller, Chris (with a thick Indian accent), claimed to be from O2 and wanted to know how my day was. Since I'm not an O2 customer, I hung up and blocked the number.

SCAM Fraud Caller said they were from "banking credit control" and wanted my name and date of birth because he had seen fraudulent activity on my card. When I said I had 4 cards he again asked for my name and DOB so I made something up and he said he could definitely see £300 going to Amazon and £1100 as an International Money Transfer to China! I again asked him which of the 4 cards he was talking about and when he said VISA I told him I didn't have a VISA card and he put the phone down.
