Safe number Received a call from 03333440000 trying to give me a text message to my landline. I hung up. Then I decided to check them out and it turned out to be a GENUINE COMPANY called AQL who were simply trying to give me a message. I called 03333446527 to retrieve my message which was from a NHS supplier. The message was important to me! Why the NHS supplier chose to send a text to my landline when they have my mobile number is a mystery to me. No worries here.

I told her I didn't understand why she was phoning & where did she obtain my number. She said my number has been sold on a list. I then hung up.

We had a phone call from this number claiming to be Sky. They were telling us that someone was using our hub and that they were going to send us a "security app" . When they couldn't tell us our Sky account number correctly, we hung up.

Obviously yet just another tedious no hoper trying to scam the vulnerable with all the brinkmanship, skill and dexterity of a toddler with a plastic sword. Automated call, when I answered it simply said 'Goodbye' and rang off. I'm guessing that no call centre operative was available at that moment to handle a call made by automated software. Or it noticed a TPS opt out.
Fraud The Digital Direct company AVOID IT. They will not provide any services what they promise, and stitched you up with contract against yours rights as the customer. Never received from them any art work and any service they agreed to it. Just taking money from small companies for nothing.
