I receive calls from this number on my mobile, home phone and work phone, they purport to be from Lloyds Bank, they ask for your date of birth and postcode, I ask them who they are, and what it is about, they say it is a personnel banking matter, I ask them to tell me more in general terms, they tell me to contact my bank, i tell them I have, I then ask them to stop calling me and remove me from their data base and to write instead . Called saying me or someone in household had been in an accident
Foriegn caller from number 01392274111 said he was calling from BT open reach and that I had a problem with my broadband, that I wasn't receiving the service I should be. When I said I didn't have any problem with my broadband he abruptly hung up. Blocked. Something needs doing about these scam callers.
