Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. Asked for my full name, which I queried as he was supposed to have my account records. However, not giving anything away, I did so but he misspelled everything. Spencer from The Energy Support Hub on 02922 229968 called me today. A sales scam as far as I am concerned. Carefully worded opening sales pitch offers Home Owners with a Gas boiler over 7 years old or more a replacement boiler at no additional cost to them, or some such spiel. What the Sales team deliberately fail to mention in the opening spiel is that the cost of the boiler is met through the up to 50% saving on the Home Owners annual gas bill. This only becomes clear some way into the call.

A scam call (standard visa dept suspicious payments scam) told me his name is Oliver Reed and I should call 02081447612 which he said was the number for "Nat West Anti Fraud Dept." I checked, it isn't. So I suspect the number is to the third-level scam master.
