Called twice today, AM and PM. No message left.

Keeps phoning at different times of day and keeps getting blocked.

Just paid my bill over the phone.. the agent asked me at the end of the call if I would be interested in a smart meter and could i do a survey about how I had been dealt with.. I said a definite no to both.. 30 seconds later a call from this 0800 number..... annoying..... how did they get my number.. surely no means no.......

They call, I answer, say hello, and hear some muffled noises for a few seconds, and they hang up on me.

Said he wanted someone called Ban Newman. No one called Ben Newman could possibly have lived here for the last 20 years, as we have and had our number for 20 years and are on TPS, so either someone has misused our number or they are lying. Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need.
