Female caller from this number called saying they had been told I had been in an accident that wasnt my fault. I asked them who they wanted to speak to, but they continued to ask for details. I asked who they wanted to talk to and they hung up. Pretty Rude.

I have 9 calls off these a day driving me insane....never answered due to I was warned about 018 numbers costing you money to phone back. Anyone else had this number?

African accent from BT .I asked if his CV wasn t good enough to get him a proper job and he called me a M..F.. I suggested that this response wasn t very articulate and his lack if intelligence may be the root of his problems. This provoked even more anger. This organisation is constantly calling touting for car accident claims and promising being able to claim several thousands of pounds in injury awards. This is inspite of having explained on many occasions that I received no injury. Their sole aim is to encourage people to make fraudulent claims and they in turn pocket fat fees. Such actions only increase motor insurance costs across the country. They should be legally charged with attempted fraud and punished if found guilty.
