Untrustworthy scale - 10! Computer scam! Have been called at least five times in as many days. Different person each time (one time a woman, the rest were men). Some VERY aggressive. Have told them in no uncertain terms (!) that I know it is a scam and that they are NOT calling from Microsoft and requested they never call my number again. This number is ao.com. They ring it when you ve placed an order in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact, their sole purpose is to sell you their costly insurance cover for the items you ve bought. No new information re delivery details is provided, they just repeat your order details. These are unsolicited scripted insurance sales calls and as such a form of harassment. They don t leave a message when they ring so that you ring back and incur the cost of the call. Very shoddy behaviour.

Unsolicited call about will writing. Not interested. I do not trust any cold callers.
