Picked up the telephone, and waited for someone to speak but they didn't, they put the phone down, so did I.

It is payday UK. It will be to discuss any outstanding loan you have/remind you of any upcoming payments. If you do have a PPI claim print the form from the FSA website and send it yourself. Thats all these guys do anyway and they take 20% (or more) of whatever settlement you get.....
