Continuously keeps trying to contact me. Starts an automated voice, explaining something to do with an emergency alert not being set up on my phone. Probably a scam, definitely block and ignore.

Was called by this number early in the morning with an automated message regarding an Amazon Prime subscription I had not renewed and was going to be charged £95 because of this oversight. I could press one number to speak to an adviser and another to contest it. I did neither as it was clearly a scam. Interesting that this was a landline - it makes me wonder if they forgot to press 'number withheld'. Would think this could be investigated

A fridge was ordered from them by my friend on 23 September, she paid for the item, was givien an order number and tracking number but all is fake. Now the number is "unrecognised" when rang. SCAM This automated call purports to be from LLOYDS BANK FRAUD DEPT reporting fraudulent activity on a credit card, they ask you to press any number to be put in touch with their team. IT IS A SCAM The person they named left here over 9 years ago and has updated her contact details with LLOYDS each time she moved. The question I would like answered is if LLOYDS know they have detected fraudulent activity on a card, why don’t they stop it?
