On picking up the phone the line was silent for a couple of seconds, then there was the brief sound of call centre chatter and the line went dead. Almost certainly a scam call.

Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. I m being inundated with nuisance calls, mainly international or weird numbers. Most hang up if you can t get to the phone within second. My trick, grab the phone, put it by radio or tv, you note they don t hang up then. THEN TURN THE VOL UP. If it deafens them hard luck!!

Very dangerous they are scam folk trying to put a virus on your computer and when the virus installs the program that will encrypt all your files and your computer will be as useless as a waterproof teabag and can no longer access your computer unless you pay a ransom fee off over ?1,000 to put it right These guys are not from Microsoft !!!!!!
