They hung up as soon as I answered. Nuisance call.

I tried a few times to ring back this number as I got a missed call but without any success... why do they can call me and I can not call them back ???

This number has rang twice today but didn?t get past my Truecall system. If it was a legitimate call, they would have followed the instructions to start through the system.

As with other responders, the caller tried to imply that there were changes to my domestic insurance cover but no worries, they could fix it for me. Did I have a pencil and paper ready? When I pointed out that I get daily nuisance calls so put the request in writing, the line went dead. im registered with TPS but what s the point - it makes no difference!

Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details.
