called me to make sure i had renewed which i had and i informed them that i do not wish to use their services as i assumed it was a sales call, to which they replied that they were not trying to change me over - they were trying to prevent any further calls coming through as they knew i had already renewed my plan they had all my contract details also which made me less wary and now i know ill only be dealing with 1 company and this 1 company only ! just read some of these reviews and it makes me chuck

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS to them over the phone. Im not sure who these ppl are. But Ive seen theyve rang up alot of ppl saying they ve won a makeover. Well apparently you gotta pay £40 as a deposit. Now..Im not sure is this company is legit but it s not worth the risk. Do not accept..Ask for more details like I did. The man just got disinterested and hung up on me. He was impolite and rude.

Claimed to be Katie from Sittingbourne Guttering Services. There is no such company. Claimed to be doing a job in the area next week so could offer a £50 discount to clean all gutters and downpipes. However did not seem to have any idea about this size of the house or the amount of work involved. Rang twice and hung up. I saw it was a premium number so did not answer. The best way to notice a scam call is when the caller asks for you by surname (which they cannot pronounce) probably because the forename is not mentioned in the records as they see them. Then scammers ALWAYS ask how you are, which is often when they try pulling up more details from the records.

My mobile flagged the number as spam so I answered with my usual 'can i help you' and a woman asked for me, i replied again 'can i help you' and she started talking so fast about some sort of market research. TBH i didnt hear what she was saying cus she talked so fast! When i tried to interrupt her she said something like 'im going to call you everyday' then hung up. Ive blocked the number now.
