The text message received from 01628 200907 Is a SCAM. It reads “You have unpaid congestion charges. Please pay promptly to avoid fines. Click. (On the provided link). “ NO NO NO Click nothing. It is a scam. Think. Nobody from an unknown source would send a text to an unnamed person. You would receive an official letter, addressed to the registered keeper of the vehicle. they called me twice no caller id claiming to know the last four digits of my card, part of my address (which was wrong) and saying i made a transaction on the weekend which i did not, they sent me a code and it said to add my card to their apple pay, so obviously they were trying to take my credit card details and commit fraud on my account, they kept saying im verified my identity they then went silent when i said ill call my bank, called bank and they said yep my account is secure and that was a phising.

Tried to pretend he was my son via text message asked me if I could make some payments as bank was frozen and he was stressed out. The grammar and punctuation told me it wasn’t my son as he never uses punctuation. Very dodgy My son and myself are in the UK the map shows this number is Russian origin. Beware

It was a recorded message saying "this is your bank. three withdrawals have been made on your card this morning...." and went on to list various sums. No name of bank, no name of card or card holder. The number used is not listed by my bank. Very suspicious.
