The operator said he worked for UK Debt Solutions, it was a bit difficult to understand him because of his Indian like accent and I was right next to some factories thrumming away. He was polite, he said he was part of a government scheme to reduce debt.and my details were on some sort of database, which is entirely possible. I did not respond so there was a long pause, so I ask if he was going to continue, he put the phone down. I recently changed from o2.
