ISP scam from India. Man from Openreach said that my internet connection had been used for illegal activity and they would disconnect me. Obvious scam. I played dumb for a bit and eventually the guy gave up and disconnected the call.

This is a scam number, they pretend to be from Carphone Warehouse. As soon as I mentioned I don’t need anything, he ended the call. It was from a noisy Indian call centre. I blocked the number and added it here.

They have blocked the employer from withdrawing and also the group Whatsapp which is suspected to be a fraudulent platform. Probably a scammer. This number has made repeated nuisance calls since 30 May 2023. I have a call screening phone and they never go through call screening to announce themselves or leave a message. They’ve called me on various weekdays, and Saturdays and Sundays. Calls have been in the daytime and evening, with one made after 8pm. This is not a company as they don’t call at those times. Anyone genuine would leave a message.

As we are located in Germany and my colleague doesn't have business in UK or with Amazon as customer I asked about the topic of this meeting. She claimed to not know that. Didn't give her mail address either. I guess her to call from a headhunter agency in disguise
