CALLS FROM COMPANY CLAIMING TO ACT KN BEHALF OF O2. TRYING TO GET ME TO UPGRADE. I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH O2 GIVING OUT MY CONTRACT DETAILS TO OTHERS. DESPITE TELLING THIS FIRM I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY CONTINUE CALLING. THEY JUST HANG UP IF I COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR HARASSMENT. TRIED CALLING O2 TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM BUT WAITED 15 MINS WITH NO SIGN OF A HUMAN VOICE TO TALK TO. WILL BE TAKING MY MOBILE CONTRACT ELSEWHERE.

This people try to get access to my computer pretending to be BT, a very poor way to get my password. Be aware of such scams.

Called a couple of times, but cut off when I picked up. I think it is a spoofed ID as the first 5 digits are a local number but the next two appear ficticious.

Indian sounding person said his name was John called claiming to be from BT and that our internet connection could be accessed and our personal information could be compromised. he asked me to go on to my computer and he will guide me through what to do. Then i Put the phone down.

They called me thgis morning. They are Marketing company and although call appears to be coming from London or Manchester they are actually in France and Belgium. Safe to answer...

My elderly mother gets a phone call from this number every morning at 8.30, which is displayed as an international number on her phone display. When she answers there is no one ...

Guy calls saying I qualify for a refund due to a prior overpayment and that he can help me claim it. I ask where he s calling from, he says "consumer services". Starts asking for my banking details and I have to interrupt him again to ask what company the "consumer services" relates to. He answers with Reactiv Media and the continues badgering me for bank details. I stop him to say I don t recognise the name of the company and if he could remind me what service I purchased from them. He hung up.

If you see this number, it s an IP phone POP (point of presence) for an Indian based call centre (might have misspelled that...I think there s a c in con artists....?) that has several web portals (see below), all purporting to be international or regional employment agencies. Problem is, a check of local business registries and businesses operating at the addresses they claim on their websites reveal are no such businesses in operation at those addresses. Surprise. I m ex directory & this clown rang from 0141 212 8500 speaking in an aggressive manner, demanding to know if I was Mr Harrison (I m not) I said, you ve rang me on an ex directory number, so you tell me your name first, & so it went on, until he got increasingly demanding and said he s track me down by another method. I told him, I d be reporting him to the Information Commissions Office for breaching the legislation with regards to unlawful access top my data - & to jog on! I v also blocked the number. He

Missed call and my VA took the call. This appears to be Opayo, who were formerly SagePay. I rang the number and they just say that one of their operatives will ring us back, pretty much when they feel like it.
