I checked my o2 account today and it said that i have 4.50 3 times this month of a company called ume ltd.i live text o2 they told me to text stop to them and to call them for a refund .i tried to call them but goes to answer phone and to leave name and number and will contact me in 2 working days. I live text o2 this evening and they have barred 3rd party on my account and given me their email to complain i think this is a scam and a goverment one ps authority.org .uk .hopefully i can get my money back

Complained on the Verso Group website and they are very aware that a company is posing as them and using their branding. They recommend that we report it to the ICO

A lady calling herself Christine but with a thick Asian accent claimed to be from Windows customer services in Manchester, said my computer had been hacked by the Russians, and offered to show me how to find them on my computer, why the Russians? Not having all day to listen to her B.S, I asked what the solution would be, she said she would go through my computer and cure the problem, Yeah right! told her that`s what scammers usually do, Seemed quite offended and chucked the phone down! I like wasting scamm

this number comes up as a parking management compnay , can they therefore explain why someone from that number has phoned me to say I am due a PPI payout of £3500 and just wanted to verify who I am to arrange payment, foreign accent and poor english , maybe a wee sideline conning folk waiting on a parking fee coming in from an NHS nurse-pathetic !!
