Companies have got clever because they know if they say PPI upfront, no-one will talk to them! These guys say: "Money Save - in a response to a survey you filled in and expressed an interest in financial products"! Well I may have completed a survey but I certainly did not express an interest in anything! It was then she said they were saving us money by helping to claim compensation, "previously known as PPI." !

I said I had asked for a refund of the £175 I had paid for my washing machine to cover the next 3 years following the expiry of the manufacturer s guarantee but had not received any response. Having seen comments on the internet saying it was a scam, I said if the company is genuine then please can you arrange a refund. Some random agency contacted me from this number. They started the call with the usual "Good afternoon, I m xxxx is that surname". I sent them away with a flea in their ear as they didn t understand how impolite it is to call someone by their surname only (not even a Mr). If they can t get my name correct then how can I trust them to get me some business and/or pay invoices etc.

A couple of days ago I got two text messages confirming an appointment" in East Dulwich London. Needless to say I had no such appointment. I checked the address and it appeared to be a company renting out marquees. I also checked the phone numbers and thus I found this site. Now they have started ringing me but leaving no message. Either they have a wrong number, they are scammers or they are timewasters.

When i challenged the caller she said her name was Wendy and she was calling from manchester and it was regarding a hoilday i had booked in march next year. i have booked no holiday, and a soon as i said i had been in touch with the police regarding calls form the wales area she hung up. hmmm
