This is a telephone number of a man pretending to be Dutch and on an oil rig. He is a scammer - do not reply to him.
I have no idea how you made this a number from Russia, no idea what or who it is, just rings and hangs up, so blocked. DON'T EVER ring back, if they don't speak it's of no use to you, and is one of the ways to rip you off, because it registers as a live number and they docan sell your number onto other scam lists; and the number can get diverted to a premium number that will cost you serious money, search it before anything else, and report when it's bad.
Rip off. Wanted to contact my credit card company so searched for number on line. Clicked a link through and ended up being charged over £9. Cross with myself for being lured into this.

This is a scam. They phoned me on my (not a smart) mobile. An automated American voice stated they were from HMRC informing me that I owed money and they were sending the dept collectors around. To discuss this matter further and settle the debt I should press; 1. Problem is, I did my Tax Return in April and don't owe any tax. I've not owed tax for years. Trying to suggest that two sums of money had left my account. Usual request to press a key. No introduction, no company or bank name. Very poor scam attempt. It may fool some people.

Definite scam. I looked up Starpro - Aberdeen. They call off different numbers all based in Aberdeen and there's loads of people stating that they were scam artists trying to claim to be a phone company and asking for details.
