He is obscene...seems to know a lot about you like your name...etc...then starts to call you names and threatens you...he also calls off 01204 899144...which I have blocked. So, no point in blocking as he calls off another number. If anyone gets a call, record him.

I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor. He tried to convince me he was genuine and asked my press Ctrl Windows buttons on my keyboard so he could improve my internet connection speed. I again challenged whether he was from BT Openreach. H

Caller says he was from nwindows and doors and was called John asked If I was the homeowner and when I said I was their daughter - no response - empty line, he didn’t respond.
Scam call, caller talks about non existent washing machine policy in this case. They also claim that the number was given to them when the policy was taken out by the phantom policy holder.

They phone you just after *they* request access to your account via your phone company's website by using the "Forgotten Password" link, so that the real phone company will send an OTC (one-time-code) to your mobile for verification. These criminals then call you saying they're from your phone company and ask for the OTC that you've just received. Received a call from this number with an electronic voice recording claiming that our BT line was to be disconnected. We are NOT with BT! . This is a scam and a fraud. It was also at 8:30 in the morning when not everyone would be up. I do note that googling this number does seem to produce a former genuine use for it, but i double-checked the number. This was a scammer., There is no question about it.
