A woman called qbout washing machine insurance which she said was running out but the machine is still under warranty. Almost certainly a scam.
This number called me on 28.04.23. Supposedly, a message from my bank to inform that my debit card had been used for suspicious purchases. To cancel the 2 transactions and speak to an agent press 1, which I did. A woman with a very strong foreign accent requested my name, date of birth and address in order to make the cancellation. She then asked for my card sort code, which rang alarm bells. I told her that if she was calling from my bank she should already know that and I would ring them. She hung up.
I answered the call, said hello and as soon as I did ,the caller ended the call.
I had met my ex wife in college and we were a big part of each others push to sucess. we have been good all through our 15 years of marriage not until I noticed she's been distant and wanting to keep more to herself. I wasn't bothered at first since she can be like that sometimes. this went ahead for quite a while, then I became overtly suspicious when I asked to use her room desktop and she refused. I further asked much later to use her phone she also refused.l contacted [email protected]

Received a text message that "Simon" tried to deliver my package, but no one was home, and to "reshedule" my delivery by accessing {OBVIOUSLY FAKE WEBSITE!} "postoffice-reshedule-depot.com". Incorrect spelling of reschedule not once but twice was the first warning it was a SCAM. Then looking at the full website address.......yeah....obviously fake, and a quick google search leads to a number of Phishing / Scam reports using this same web address. 100% confirmed scam.

This number called me today saying with an automated message that there was a fraudulent charge for a US gambling site and if I wanted to no more I was to press one. 100% SCAM DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS!!! The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM. Be safe everyone.
Fraud They said I had £87K in a cryptocurrency account with them ('Blockchain Support') I've never invested in crypto, so it must be some sort of phishing scam. I think they got my name and number via the June 2023 data breech at BBC etc.
Automated message telling me my visa debit card was used on £900 online shopping and to press 1 if it wasn't me. Needless to say number blocked.

Caller pretends to be from BT alledging illegal access to your broadband. Asks you to download a website Anydesk.com. This shows you suppossedly all the users who are accessing you broadband. Then they ask you to check your bank account and lo and behold someone has taken money from your account. In the next few minutes they show you that you have been credited with a large amount of money. This is to say thank you for helping them track scammers. Colder Caller DBS - Direct Business Solutions taking advantage of the current affairs with Ukraine to try and sell utility business solutions. I said several times politely to take our number off the call list, asked to speak to the right person, I said no they wouldn't be interested and to again take the number off their list, said the managing directors name and again stated we we were not interested.
