Scam says my national insurance number is getting cancelled and to press 1 for a advisor. Definitely feels like a scam.
Automated call / Scam? American accent male stating they are calling from the financial conduct authority and have suspicious transactions on one of my accounts. “Press 1 to talk to a person about this” Generic auto call, no specific info sounds like a scam possibly but I ended the call without doing anything.
Left some spurious message about getting in touch with one's bank. It went in one ear and out the other.
This is a scam call, pretending to be an international express delivery failure to defraud your money.
Supposedly from an "energy advisor" for my area wanting to know if I am the homeowner. Reminded the caller politely that he had made the same call some weeks ago, with the same bullshit, and that I was still not interested. Call terminated.

SCAM Automated call from 02890703808 saying that I owe them a lot of money. I do not have an Amazon account and I never previously held an Amazon account.
Athough called approx 3or 4 pr day for about 2 weeks now, they still ring. No idea who they are, so annoyed they continue to attempt to call. I did try to call the number to find out who it was, but received the message that the number had been blocked. Received another call today and saw a message (presumably my service provider whether I wanted to leave a message to the caller. NO ! As with the comments above I received two calls from HMRC saying they were filing a lawsuit against me. I was told to press 1 to speak to a case officer who had a strong Indian accent, asked me to spell my name and confirm my address (which I didnt and put the phone down).

Scam call for Open Reach. Simply tell them how many appliances you have connected to their network. Then go to your computer as instructed and let them in - job done. Better still, why not give them your bank details along with a few pass codes and make life easy for these scammers.
