This is a third party marketing company who call on behalf of ALL mobile providers (T-mobile, Orange, Vodafone, O2 etc) In my case it was T-mobile and I phoned 150 from my mobile and requested my PAC number from their retentions department, intimating that I was leaving them. After some nonsense from them I pointed out that the number 01462 439891 was on their web site as an authorised service partner I was told that the issue would be looked into and I would get a call back. this number called my mobile this morning..i wasnt going to answer but i did...it turns out to be an insurance company acting on behalf of an injury lawyer scheme..who claimed to have been given an old file with my name on it for a car accident i had 3 yrs ago...i dont drive nor have i had a car accident in the last 3 yrs...the caller promised to remove my details and not call again...

Had a cold call from this number saying that it was about the industrial claim that was going through in my name (it was worrying that they greeted me with my name). When I tried to say that I wasn t in an industrial accident they hung up before I finished my sentence.

They say they are calling about the miss-selling of payment protection insurance. I first got the calls in early May when i guess they were just checking whether the random digit diallings were live numbers and saving them into a list. Now they are selling the list or carrying out surveys themselves. This needs to stop. I know people who work in call centres doing this type of thing. It s a slimey business.

This number called 02038831206 this morning didn’t answer as am sick of getting them. It’s not the first time they ring you from another similar number I just blocked them now after checking out number
