UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Worldwide scam phonecall from DHL in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. This company keeps calling asking for Mrs Ball, who has never lived here, I bought this house before it was built, so I should know. Have also had a mobile number from the same company ringing, fortunately I was out. Both numbers now blocked.
