SCAM- pretending to 3 mobile and stating that a new phone has been requested on my account and also saying I was in credit, I've confirmed this with three and they have said it's a scam
NEVER give ANY information to a caller, no matter how convincing they sound.
Called three times today. Once just rang once. Two times I answered and it hung up. Seems to be checking if my number is in use?
