It is a Decision Direct company - who deals with claiming back PPI - They were a bit shady with my information so I ended the call.
Called it back - doesn't state the company name, just goes straight onto hold.

This debt collection agency uses auto diallers to harass people. My advice, when you see the number displayed, is either divert it answer phone - they will not leave a message, or accept the call but don t speak and immediately hang up, that way they pay for the call but get absolutely nowhere.

My advise to people is to cancel your bank card at your bank stating the reason for cancellation as this loan company may take further funds. You will then receive a new bank card which will stop them from taking further funds. my daughter answered this call ..She was told she d had a loan in 2007, and repaid it in 2011.
