I got a call from this number for a few seconds the person heard my voice but didn't reply. Very strange!

She said can you turn on your computer I replied do you think I am f****** mad to which she replied yes. I keep getting calls from this number. It isn't listed and if you call back there is silence.

Was called by this number at 3PM, I missed it and it went to voicemail. The voicemail was muffled, had music playing in the background, with a woman speaking what sounded like Chinese, though it was hard to tell because the audio quality wasn't very good.
