Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2033185xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with financial services, insurance marketing - accident chasers, sometimes Skylark car accident call center. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
Got a call from this number on my land line - the guy asked me to confirm my name before reading off what sounded like my username and password for something private (online log in). He then asked me what washing machine I used before hanging up. Weird...

This is a PPI call. I pressed 5 to speak to the call centre. This is how it works. They have call centres which are not a part of the PPI company, they just make the cold call with their automated system, the automated dialing software offers you the option of speakign to someone if you press 5. you will speak to someone at a company who deals with the cold calling. This company is NOT the company dealing with the PPI stuff, I am guessing so that they themselves are not responsible for the cold calling part

The caller asked to talk to my wife and when i asked for the name of the company he said EWT, I simply said that i had not heard of the company and he hung up. No reputable company would do that, there is no excuse.
