A call was made to my phone on 3rd of April from this the number 09036946928. I called the number back to see who it was for about 14 seconds but recieved no response. Later I relaised I was charged by my phone compny for +£6. My operator told me that the call to number 09036946928 is a preimum rate call. Now, I am keen to find out who they are and who this phone number belong to and what netweork operates this number. Please advise if you have any information.

SCAM This number came up as 00 44 1461 280025 which is Gretna in Scotland. I live in the UK so should have come up as 01461 280025. Answered called to an Asian man telling me that he hadn't called me as he was busy with his sister's wedding [apt Gretna Green] Rang the number myself and it was for Housing Disrepair Team. May be legitimate but with what I heard on the phone and the number showing as 00 44 I hung up and blocked the number. Be careful.

2031545712 IT MUST BE THE SCAMMERS MARKING THIS NUMBER AS SAFE. They have been calling me for several years. One voice I recognise used to call himself Matthew, now it is Chris. Now a woman also calls. They cannot tell you how you got on an Energy Performance Register or possibly know what insulation you have in your loft. They are lying when they say they are in your area and have surveyed most of the properties in your area. The latest tact is to ask your age to get a bigger government subsidy on replacem
