Some rude scouse bloke demanded details about a holiday I had taken in the last 2.5 years. I haven't taken a holiday in 12 years so he's talking out of his Anfield. I asked where he got my details from and he dodged the question by saying "we're a UK tour operator" so I asked again and he repeated the same thing. Then he hung up abruptly on me. I smell a rat. Either they're not who they say they are or they're operating some kind of scam. Do not speak to these toe rags.
