Definitely a dodgy company, trying to sell 'panic alarms' or some other 'security' devices. Took a call from them about two months ago trying to sell an alert system. I asked them what it offered which I couldn't get by dialling 999. Guy told me that I couldn't dial 999 if I wasn't at home.
