This number called my landline this morning. Indian/Pakistani lady claiming to be from BT. Said my internet speed wasn't up to scratch and did I know how to check the speed. I said I did and checked regularly. She asked when I last checked and what was the speed. I said I checked yesterday and the speed was was what I expected. The call was then ended abruptly from their end. Now blocked.
Scam Call, Indian accent, Pretends to be Microsoft & claims your PC / Laptop / Internet has been hacked.
London
Trinity medical Imaging attempting to contact me.
It?s so nice to be told that there is a problem with my Windows pc by ?Microsoft?. When I asked for the windows licence tag number (as per the sticker on the PC and on the installation disk) the number they offered was bogus, not even the correct number of digits. Must admit that it was enjoyable to waste the chap?s time although he probably is being paid a pittance in a call centre overseas.
Getting fed up with this automated call re PPI.On TPS and still they call my mobile. You block them and then another number will call

SCAM / SPAM
Called me and asked for Miss Barbet (similar to my surname, but not my surname). I heard a load of echo sounding racket in the background (it sounded very unprofessional) and then the woman who asked the name hung up on me.
Claimed to be from Amazon Prime. I don’t have it and told them not to phone me again. An obvious and well-known scam.
