Calling my elderly dad and harassing him. Calling on multiple numbers and trying to force him to invest in some scene which he has refused but they won’t take no for an answer, even when he told them he was going to report them they took no note. He is frustrated and does not no what to do. They’re criminal preying on the elderly.

They are an Indian call centre who use spoof caller ID numbers. Do not trust them! Block them with a call blocker (you may need to block VOIP calls)or answer the call something like this: "This is the FBI - we have you surrounded! Come out with your hands up! All units - GO! GO! GO!" That should make them hang up!
