Caller with strong indian accent asked for me by name then when asked said he was from "Electricity Board". When I asked which electricity company he hung up.

"Hello my names Chris and I'm calling from the National Home Energy Trust Scheme; your property has been identified on our national database as having out dated loft insulation, the yellow fluffy type. Is this correct?"
