Have had few voice mails left, my voicemail isn't set up so I never listen. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm getting far more nuisance calls, texts and emails since this "companies need your permission to carry on messaging you etc" business. I feel like these companies shared as many details of their clients as possible before this law came into practice. (hope that makes sense)
