the Scouser was a joke,,, he wanted to know if I had made a claim for compensation, told him to look it up for himself, sort out the money and send it to me as he made it out as though he had all my details. Interestingly he hung up after that :)

Claimed to be from Curry's PC World - hung up when pushed for proof - they didn't even know the location of the dialling code they were calling from!

had exactly the same message regarding paypal account, unusual activity advising to update account, unfortunately I sent a reply before realising it was probably a scam.
