called very with an account query and was warned that i may be contacted randomly for a customer satisfaction survey after the call . there was no option to opt out and as soon as the call was over i missed this number.
Claimed to BT Open Reach and that fraudulent activity had attacked my computer. Wanted my computer details to correct problem. I am sure that this is a scam.

Recorded message, starting dear valued BT customer, hung up sounded suspicios, probable scam.
From Pension Helpline Told me my pension was invested in a hotel in south africa and to watch the panorama program. He laughed and then hung up.
didn't ring but message saying i had missed call. rang back and answer phone says hold line, your call is important to us but nobody answers. scam

This guy rings me constantly, very aggressive too. Asking me to ring 07920110178 for a good time.
Told me I was owed a refund for a loan I d taken out in 2012 but I have never had a loan. What was creepiest was that he knew my name....
Some kind of call centre, asking whether we pay for our gas and electric and claiming they're carrying out a "national investigation" on whether we can be compensated.
