I am a customer with these guys and have been for 12 months, more than happy, not really sure why this number has a bad rep?

Received a text msg today from 80870 asking what do I think about my recent experience of their Outpatients Department service at my Hospital, which I won't mention. Well, as I am visiting my Hospital for treatment at the moment and from what I read from other reviewers here, it does seem to be genuine and Free. But if it is, why on earth are they using a premium number? It puts lot of peaople off! Therefore, for that reason I did not reply to it, hence a Neutral Review.

Twice this number called me. The second time immediately after I cancelled the first call. I refuse to answer any unknown numbers and I have not given whom ever they are my number or given permission to anyone else to do so. Seriously thinking about changing my number but I doubt that will solve these unwanted calls.

Rang me claiming that I had an accident on the road in the past 2 years, I have not. People were heard laughing and messing around in the background. Do not trust them, ask them to take your name off the list as I did. asking me personal questions about an accident over a year ago. purported to be instructed by my insurers. asking personal questions. i firmly asked twice who they were and why they were calling. caller clearly panicked at this and hung up.
