Got a call at 9.28am today. When I saw the number on my call display, I didn't bother to pick it up. I don't recognise the number.

Caller rang my home and my husband answered, the caller asked for me by full name then when told I wasn t home he abruptly ended the call and hung up. Who are these people is it a scam?

Called claiming to be Scottish Power. I stupidly went through the security questions (address and DOB) as I am in process of leaving Scottish Power. He then said I had a balance to pay on the account and would I like to pay by card. I had suspicions though and said I would do it online - he asked why, at which point I was really suspicious and called up Scottish Power who didn t know the number, and said my account was in credit. Someone extremely strange and rude.

Phoned again today. He said something about washing machine warranty expired! Hung up when challenged! Idiots!

Not sure who this is they rang several times over past few weeks. I have it down on my truecall device as parcelforce but I wasnt expecting any parcels nor got any after they rang. They number is blocked so dont know they rang until i check later

Rang me claiming that I had an accident on the road in the past 2 years, I have not. People were heard laughing and messing around in the background. Do not trust them, ask them to take your name off the list as I did. Price comparison websites for car insurance had to have passed on me and my partners number as he got the same call straight after me
