I received a recorded message telling me that an attempt had been made to use my credit card for the sum of £900 and that if it wasn’t me I was to press option 1 (there were no other options) when I called the number back I was told by recorded message that the phone was switched off.
Has tried to ring my house phone now 3 days in a row! 2nd may @ 16.45pm 3rd may @ 19.10pm 4th may @12.15pm They will possably try again today 5th may at some point! It is illegal now to cold call ppl so i will be reporting there call attempts Luckly my housephone dont ring if scammers or ppl not in my phone try to ring but still what there doing is now illegal to do

Sounds like a robot call from a bank anti fraud call. That's why I looked the number up. Since the number hasn't come up on search I can. Only assume its a scam. Anybody else had a call like this? It seems very real
This person is on Facebook who thinks he is Zak baggins from ghost adventures.chats you up to try and get money from you by saying to you get a I.D.Fan card.and you will be his number one fan.for £100.00 pounds.be very careful of him.

But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . Scammer. Caller claimed they were from Microsoft and that they needed to fix computer as it was sending critical error messages. Not even logged into any machine, so a load of nonsense. Told them they were talking nonsense and only trying to spam/scam people. Needless to say they quickly hung up. Caller possibly overseas and routing to a UK number.

This call is a scam call reputed to be from London, when the "lady said her name was jane in an Asian accent, I asked if she was in Nagapur India the line went dead.
