Scammers. They leave an automated message claiming to be from HMRC and claiming there is a tax fraud case under your name. They ask you to press 1 to continue. Don't be tempted! Just hang up.

I have had numerous calls from this person/company over the last few days. When I answer, they put the phone down, they never leave a message and when I called them back, I got an annoying automated message of the person on extension ..... These people who purport to be from the UK Trade Register keep calling me on variations of the 020 3409 .... numbers and each time they call I tell them I m now ill (its not going to get better!!) and block the number. But they won t listen. The guy today just talked over me, ignored my comments and pleas to be left alone and continued bombard and talk over me. I eventually hung up. There must be something we can do to stop this sort of harassment.
